Are you a son, daughter, bride, heir, or child? Are you Jew, non-Jew, slave or free, male or female? Answer can be found in Galatians Chapter 3, of the Bible. The answer is…..we are all of these, and none of these. Because we are all one in Christ Jesus! We are sons, (some of us are also daughters), we are heirs and we are His children. And as His children, we are all His bride! In His eye…s, the rest is not a concern…Jew, non-Jew, slave or free, male or female. He sees us as one. “For you are all one in Christ Jesus”. Gal 3:28. “‘You are all sons of God through faith in Jesus Christ”. Gal 3:26
And from my devotional today…”to be a child of God is to experience the closeness and security of a Father who loves us, accepts us, and wants to know us”. I call that a “relationship”…not a “religion”. This Passover, Easter, Resurrection season, why not begin to walk in a relationship with the One who has made you all of the above? Put your faith in Him, not in a religious system. Dare to have a relationship with the One who created you…for His pleasure.
